Another crazy month!
Since we last shared a few minutes of our time together, I have presented at 5 seminars to Dentists and General Practitioners.
Everyone appeared to enjoy my session, which took an alternative view of retirement planning.
The main feedback that emerged was that many Medics and Dentists are seriously considering leaving full-time work prior to age 60.
They may then decide to continue work in some form for a few years, however they will NOT have the responsibilities that they have today, which many have said they are looking forward to!
In turn, they will be able to focus their time and attention on hobbies, family, charity work etc.
Well worth thinking about, I’m sure you’ll agree.
As I write the General Election is a day away, so as you’re reading there may well be a new name living at No. 10.
Rather than share my political views, time will tell if ‘the country’ (well, at least 30-35% of it) has made the right decision.
As the Election dust settles, I’m off to Spain for 9 days R ‘n’ R, which I have to say can’t come soon enough after the fist part of 2010 (being very busy at work and new baby duties have taken their toll!).
