Printed Newsletter & A Week Up A Ladder – Ray Prince

renovationThe month so far has been manic on both a business and a personal level.

On the business front, I (and Graeme) am incredibly busy (not too busy to speak to new clients or referred clients though!) with client work and new initiatives.

I have also booked a couple of trips to London (for business) so am looking forward to that.

One new initiative we are developing is a new printed newsletter. We are planning to send this to clients and non-clients on a quarterly basis.

We’ll be sending you an email soon to ask if you’d like to receive a copy (if you’ve already told us previously you’ll be receiving a copy).

The content is going to be different to what we include in this newsletter. We aim to include case studies and share what has worked for clients, as well as financial planning tips.

On personal level I have just completed decorating the last room in the house. Hurray!

During the last 10 months we’ve worked through the whole house, walls, carpets, you name it.

Fortunately we had the help of a decorator. However, he wasn’t available this time round so we decided to do it ourselves.

3 of the walls were easy – the paper came away no problem. Wall 4 was a toal nightmare. There was originally a fitted unit there but as it was a bit 70s we decided it had to go. It was great smashing it out but our fears were soon realised when we saw what lay behind.

Woodchip!

As you may know, to get that off a wall takes some doing. It took about a week of working every evening but it did eventually come off.

The next week was spent decorating and the new carpet arrived last week.

Definitely no more decorating for a while now, I can assure you!
